At Braaton Farm we do not use growth hormones, hormone implants or any other type of growth stimulants. Our cows gain weight naturally from the grass they eat. Growth hormones in beef and milk DOES affect the human body.

Our beef is totally 100% antibiotic free. Some farmers advertise grass-fed beef but they still may use antibiotics. If a cow receives antibiotics, they should be pulled from the program. Just like humans, if there is illness with an animal, look for the root cause. What were they eating? Vaccine Free:

Our cows eat grass that has no added fertilizers, no pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. The Braaton Farm cattle feed on lush grass loaded with natural minerals and other nutrients that come from the rich, fertile soil that sits on an old river bed.
